Compass-PT Caring Community Child Care Staff

The staff member will plan and facilitate children's activities, including recreational, youth development, and academic components, while modeling the mission and principles of the caring communities program. Essential duties involve maintaining constant supervision of children, creating a respectful and educational environment, and assisting with daily program logistics like snacks and cleanup.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged, with preference for a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, alongside a minimum of five years of related experience or an equivalent combination. Successful performance requires daily in-Person presence, adherence to safety expectations, completion of 12 hours of annual in-Service training, and current cpr and first aid certifications.
