Faxon-PT Caring Communities Child Care Staff

Staff will plan and facilitate children's activities, including recreational, youth development, and academic activities, while modeling the mission and principles of linc and the caring communities program. Essential duties include maintaining constant supervision of children, creating a respectful and educational environment, assisting with snacks and cleanup, and maintaining required daily documentation.

Candidates must be able to perform essential physical functions daily on-Site and adhere to the basic “big six” expectations for school-Age care programs. A minimum requirement is a high school diploma or ged, with preference for a bachelor's degree or five plus years of related experience, along with current cpr and first aid certifications.
