Gladstone-PT Caring Communities Child Care Staff

The staff member will plan and facilitate children's activities, including recreational, youth development, and academic activities, while modeling the mission and principles of the caring communities program. Essential duties involve maintaining constant supervision of children, creating a respectful and educational environment, and assisting with daily program setup and cleanup.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged, with preference for a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and must be able to perform all physical functions of the role daily on-Site. Required certifications include current cpr and first aid, along with completing 12 hours of in-Service training annually.
