Behavior Technician BT Work With Kids

Behavior technicians implement treatment plan targets by engaging children on the autism spectrum in fun activities to increase desirable skills and decrease challenging behaviors using an applied behavior analysis approach. Responsibilities include observing client reactions, documenting progress, and helping children achieve developmental milestones.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or ged, and be available to work full-Time between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, monday through friday, with occasional saturday make-Up sessions. A bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant experience working with special needs children are preferred.
