Behavior Technician

As a behavior technician, you will use applied behavior analysis (Aba) to guide children through fun, skill-Building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors. The role involves helping children achieve significant life milestones under the guidance of supervisory staff.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged, along with a strong work ethic. Full-Time availability from monday to friday is required, with occasional saturday availability for make-Up sessions.
