Behavior Technician BT Work With Kids

Behavior technicians will implement results-Oriented approaches based on applied behavior analysis (Aba) to help children on the autism spectrum build essential skills and document their progress. This involves encouraging young learners while incorporating targets from individualized treatment plans to facilitate communication and enhance daily independence.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have availability to work full-Time monday through friday between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, holding a high school diploma or ged. A bachelor's degree in a related field and prior experience working with children with special needs are preferred.
