Core responsibilities
The counselor provides services to individuals with opiate use disorder, including clinical assessments and individual/Group counseling. They also assist patients with case management and facilitate psycho-Educational groups.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and hold a cadc or ladc certification. Good communication skills and the ability to adapt in a busy environment are also required.
