The lead teacher will partner with families to establish child-Focused goals, plan, implement, and document a comprehensive child development program for infants and toddlers. Responsibilities also include assuming primary caregiving duties and coordinating daily classroom operations while supervising staff members.
Requirements summary
Candidates should ideally possess an infant/Toddler child development associate (Cda) credential or an associate's degree in early childhood education. Required qualifications include experience working with children in a center-Based setting, willingness to work flexible hours, required immunizations (Mmr and tdap), and the ability to pass a background check.
