Core responsibilities
Provide 1-On-1 direct care to children with autism and teach them daily living and social skills. Implement therapy sessions designed by a bcba and accurately collect behavior data to support each child's progress.
Requirements summary
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for degrees in human services. Candidates must be comfortable working with children and able to perform physical tasks, as well as complete rbt training within 90 days of hire.
