Core responsibilities
The registered behavior technician (Rbt) will provide direct, 1-On-1, play-Based aba therapy to children with autism in various settings, implementing sessions designed by a bcba. Responsibilities also include teaching daily living and social skills while accurately collecting behavior data and collaborating with the team.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference for an associate or bachelor's degree in a human services area, and must be comfortable working with children. Applicants need reliable transportation and the physical ability to perform tasks like lifting up to 50 pounds, and must complete company-Provided rbt training and pass the exam within 90 days.
