RBT Trainer

The rbt trainer will lead clinical trainings for team members to uphold quality standards while maintaining a direct rbt client caseload of 15 hours per week. Responsibilities also include implementing new hire training in applied behavior analysis principles and supporting staff through the rbt certification process.

Candidates must possess a valid rbt or bcaba certification and have 3+ years of experience in aba, including at least 1 year in a leadership role. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for explaining technical aba concepts to non-Technical staff.
