Autism Swims Instructor

Teach children with autism swimming skills in a supportive environment, focusing on water safety, survival techniques, and building confidence. Adapt lessons to individual sensory and behavioral needs, manage behavioral challenges, and ensure a safe aquatic classroom.

Requires the ability to work with and relate to individuals with autism, demonstrating patience and observation skills to tailor lessons. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma, experience with children with autism, and swim instruction experience. First aid, cpr, and aed certifications are mandatory within 30 days of hire.
