Core responsibilities
Board-Certified behavior analysts (Bcbas) are responsible for overseeing the supervision and management of center and home-Based intervention programs and treatment teams for children on the autism spectrum. This includes ensuring clinical staff provide quality treatment, maintaining standards of care, and overseeing the full range of aba treatment services from assessment to insurance authorization.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be a board certified behavior analyst or a state-Licensed behavior analyst meeting all state-Specific requirements. A minimum of one year of experience applying behavior analysis and providing behavior services to clients with autism in in-Home and/Or clinic-Based settings is mandatory.
