Community educators will live in residence halls, monitor participant well-Being, and serve as positive role models while supporting community guidelines. They are also responsible for designing and facilitating weekly educational programs, spiritual practices (Kavanot), and explorations (Nesiyot), alongside assisting with daily minyanim and shabbat celebrations.

Requirements summary

Candidates must have completed an undergraduate degree by the start of the summer, with preference given to those with graduate work or enrollment in jewish studies, jewish education, or rabbinical school. Essential qualifications include teaching experience, especially with teens and in experiential education, and strong familiarity with jewish community and observance practices.
