Per Diem Staff Therapist

The staff therapist will provide culturally responsive, trauma-Informed, and strength-Based mental health care through individual and group therapy, crisis support, and community outreach to undergraduate and graduate students. Responsibilities also include conducting assessments, participating in workshops, consulting with campus partners, and contributing to team documentation and initiatives.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in social work or mental health counseling (Or phd/Psyd in a related field) and hold an licsw or lmhc license in massachusetts. Experience providing therapy to young adults or college students is preferred, alongside a commitment to multicultural and trauma-Informed clinical practice.
