High School Varsity Cheer Coach

The coach will serve as the program head for cvcs cheerleading, establishing philosophies and ensuring continuity across all program levels while developing and mentoring both athletes and assistant coaches. Responsibilities include coordinating and leading all cheer activities during events, organizing regular practice sessions, and establishing clear communication with parents and the community.

Candidates must possess a personal testimony of faith in jesus christ and a strong desire to disciple students in their relationship with the lord, supported by demonstrated spiritual maturity and leadership experience. Required coaching experience is in cheerleading at the high school or collegiate level, with youth discipleship experience preferred.
