Camp Leader/Teen Leader - Greater Ridgecrest

The camp leader is responsible for the safety and supervision of all children in their designated group, implementing purposeful activities, and maintaining accurate attendance records. They must also cultivate positive relationships with children, parents, and staff while ensuring a nurturing and safe environment.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old, with a high school diploma preferred, and experience working with children is also preferred. Mandatory training must be completed upon hire and within specified subsequent periods, with cpr/Aed and first aid certifications being preferred.
