Group Exercise Instructor (BodyPump) - Greater Palm Harbor

The instructor is responsible for preparing the room, selecting appropriate music and choreography that adheres to ymca guidelines, and ensuring a nurturing and safe environment for all participants. Duties also include maintaining cleanliness of equipment, following emergency procedures, engaging in positive public relations, and attending required meetings and trainings.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and capable of teaching safe, effective, and fun group exercise classes. Required certifications (Cpr, aed, first aid) and specific ymca trainings must be completed within 90 days of hire, alongside demonstrating strong communication and physical stamina.
