Youth Development Professional

The youth development professional is responsible for planning, implementing, supervising, and evaluating quality programs for members across various areas like arts, technology, games, and physical education. Daily duties include greeting members, assisting with the power hour program, maintaining attendance records, and ensuring a positive, safe atmosphere.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior youth work experience preferred, and must be registered with boys & girls clubs of america. Required certifications include gaining first aid and cpr, and the ability to earn a valid cdl with passenger & air brake endorsement is strongly encouraged.
