Youth Development Professional

The youth development professional is responsible for planning, implementing, supervising, and evaluating quality programs across various areas like arts, technology, games, and physical education while ensuring a positive and safe atmosphere for members. Daily duties include greeting members, assisting with the power hour program, maintaining attendance records, and enforcing club rules for health and safety.

Candidates must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior youth work experience preferred, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Required certifications include registration with boys & girls clubs of america and obtaining first aid and cpr certifications.
