Therapist - High School Based

The therapist will provide individual, group, and family counseling services to referred students at lealman innovation academy, ensuring services align with program methodology and standards. Key duties include conducting outreach, assisting families with community resources, completing required documentation, and participating in supervision.

A master's degree in social work, mental health, family therapy, or a closely related field is required, though licensure is not mandatory. Candidates must be at least 21, pass drug screening and criminal background checks, and possess a valid florida driver’s license with reliable transportation.
