Requirements summary
Candidates must have a master's degree in a relevant human service field and a minimum of one year of direct therapeutic intervention experience, though licensure is not required if pursuing registration under florida statutes chapter 491. Additional requirements include passing a drug screening and criminal background check, possessing a valid florida driver's license, and being computer literate for documentation purposes.
