Pre K-3 Instructional Aide (Rio Grande City)

The instructional aide supports teachers in providing a high-Quality early learning environment by assisting with instruction, classroom management, and supervision of children during various activities. This role involves implementing developmentally appropriate learning experiences aligned with the curriculum and maintaining a safe, nurturing classroom setting.

Required education is a child development associate (Cda) or enrollment to complete one within two years, or an enrolled degree in any field; a degree in early childhood education is preferred. Candidates must have prior experience working with children aged 0-5 years, pass a physical exam and background check, and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, as local travel up to 10% may be required.
