Swim Instructor

Swim instructors are responsible for teaching swimming skills using the established curriculum in a fun and engaging manner while ensuring continuous, positive feedback to students and parents. They must also maintain constant supervision to ensure swimmer safety at all times and adhere to operational standards like tracking progression and maintaining equipment.

Candidates must obtain cpr/Aed and first aid certifications within 90 days and complete safesplash curriculum training within 30 days, though training is available for the former. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and comfort working with children and around water for extended periods, with prior swim experience being preferred.
