2026 Summer Enrichment Facilitator

The facilitator is responsible for the day-To-Day management, organization, and running of an after-School club or activity, ensuring high-Quality, meaningful experiences aligned with positive youth development guidelines. This includes planning engaging opportunities, maintaining safety, managing records, and fostering positive relationships with students and families.

Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to providing world-Class education to historically underserved communities and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. The role requires the ability to thrive effectively in a fast-Paced operational environment.
