Behavior Technician

As a registered behavior technician in the aba program, the role involves assisting with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the supervision of a licensed bcba. The technician will support clinicians in helping children and families learn new skills and techniques through effective therapy.

Candidates must possess at least one year of experience as an applied behavior analysis technician and hold current registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification. Essential soft skills include exceptional written and verbal communication, adaptability, flexibility, self-Motivation, and proven customer service experience.
