Clinical Supervisor/Clinician

This role involves managing a caseload of clients referred by child welfare agencies or community providers, requiring collaboration with case managers and external providers to assess needs and develop client-Centered treatment plans for various programs like family preservation and treatment foster care. Responsibilities also include assisting families in crisis, preparing court reports, advocating for clients, and ensuring compliance with medicaid requirements.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a related field such as social work, counseling, psychology, or education, along with required licensure (Bcix, licsw, lmhc, or lcsw). Preferred qualifications include child welfare experience and knowledge of developmental disabilities, family assessment, and community resources, alongside maintaining a valid driver's license.
