Case Manager

The case manager is responsible for managing a caseload of clients referred by the department of children, youth and families or community providers, collaborating with various supervisors to assess client and family needs. They will develop client-Centered treatment plans and coordinate activities to support client development.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and preferably have child welfare experience. Knowledge of developmental disabilities and experience in negotiation and collaboration are also important.
