RBT Behavior Technician In Home - Spring, Klein, Tomball, Woodlands

Behavior technicians implement therapeutic programs one-On-One under bcba supervision, utilizing aba strategies while continuously monitoring client safety and wellbeing. Responsibilities also include administering behavioral interventions, building rapport, engaging clients throughout sessions, and assisting with physical needs and personal care.

Candidates must be a high school graduate or hold a ged, with bachelor's degrees preferred, and must be able to lift 50 lbs. Required certifications include obtaining rbt certification within 60 days and maintaining a current cpr/Aed or bls certification accredited by the american heart association.
