RBT Behavior Technician - In Home - Fort Worth

Behavior technicians implement therapeutic programs prescribed by a bcba using aba strategies, continuously monitoring the client for safety and wellbeing during one-On-One sessions. Responsibilities also include administering behavioral interventions, building client rapport, engaging clients throughout activities, and assisting with physical needs and personal care.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged, with bachelor's degrees preferred, and must be able to lift 50 lbs. Successful applicants are required to obtain rbt certification within 60 days and maintain it, along with holding a current cpr/Aed or bls certification accredited by the american heart association with an in-Person skill demonstration.
