RBT Behavior Technician - Chisholm Trail Pkwy

Behavior technicians implement therapeutic programs prescribed by the bcba using aba strategies, continuously monitoring clients for safety and wellbeing, especially those with significant communication deficits or maladaptive behaviors. Responsibilities also include building rapport, engaging clients throughout sessions, assisting with physical needs like feeding and toileting, and accurately collecting data using clinical management software.

Candidates must be a high school graduate or possess a ged, with bachelor's degrees preferred, and must be able to lift 50 lbs. Required certifications include obtaining rbt certification within 60 days and maintaining a current cpr/Aed or bls certification accredited by the american heart association with an in-Person skill demonstration.
