RBT Behavior Technician In Home - Katy, Bridgeland, Cypress

Behavior technicians implement prescribed therapeutic programs using aba strategies under bcba supervision, continuously monitoring client safety and wellbeing during one-On-One sessions. Responsibilities include administering behavioral interventions for clients with significant needs, building rapport, engaging clients throughout activities, and accurately collecting data using clinical management software.

Candidates must be high school graduates or hold a ged, with bachelor's degrees preferred, and must be able to lift 50 lbs. Employment requires obtaining and maintaining rbt certification within 60 days and holding a current cpr/Aed or bls certification accredited by the american heart association with an in-Person skill demonstration.
