SI Leader

The supplemental instruction leader will serve as a role model student, facilitate supplementary instruction sessions, and push students toward higher levels of bloom’s taxonomy for assigned courses like anatomy & physiology or foundations in biology. Duties include attending lectures, creating learning materials, communicating clearly, and completing necessary administrative paperwork.

Applicants must be current css students eligible for federal work study and demonstrate mastery of the specific course content (Bio2510/2520 or bio1125) with a minimum cumulative gpa of 3.5. Required attributes include professional poise, excellent communication, comfort with public speaking, strong service orientation, and good organizational skills.
