Personal Trainer
Warminster, PA | Part Time, Hourly (12 hours minimum per week required); Full Time Opportunities (40 hours a week) Also Available | $23.00-$30.00 per hour

We are looking for a Certified Personal Trainer to work closely with members to understand their fitness goals, wellness, create personalized workout plans and provide motivation and support. If you are passionate about health and fitness, are great at communication skills and want to work one on one to help our members in their strength and conditioning, read on!

What is needed for this job
- Nationally recognized personal training certificate (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.) and strong knowledge of exercise science, techniques, nutrition, and injury prevention
- Ability to develop individualized and group fitness programs
- Lifesaving certifications (CPR & First Aid) - training provided
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills

- Demonstrate exercises and provide guidance on proper technique and form
- Provide exceptional customer service, fostering client relationships

- Trainers should have the additional expertise in:
- Leading group exercise classes and small group training sessions
- Leading small groups of people to build community and connections through donor-funded Pathway programs
- Creating safe and welcoming environments in our wellness spaces during peak evening and weekend hours (15 hours minimum part-time)
