Swing Youth Mentor

Youth mentors work with groups of three children who have experienced serious trauma, supporting them through therapeutic treatment plans and helping them work towards specific goals. They act as role models, build quality relationships, and set healthy boundaries using a trauma informed care approach while engaging in various indoor and outdoor activities.

Applicants must be at least 19 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of one year of verifiable experience working with children is required, along with a valid driver's license for transporting residents.
