Substitute Teacher

Substitute teachers will support regular teachers by ensuring students aged 18 months to 5 years continue learning in a safe and engaging environment, which includes following provided lesson plans and leading activities with enthusiasm. Responsibilities also involve interacting with children using spanish, supporting classroom management, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Candidates must have experience working with young children, preferably in preschool or early childhood settings, and possess conversational to fluent spanish skills for language immersion reinforcement. A high school diploma is required, with early childhood education coursework being a plus, alongside meeting state licensing requirements and passing a background check.
