Behavioral Technician

The behavioral technician will provide one-On-One, center-Based applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children aged 18 months to 10 years, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities also include collecting and recording behavioral data, supporting skill development, and maintaining a safe therapy environment.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and reliable transportation to the clinic, along with strong communication and organizational skills. There is a requirement to obtain rbt certification within 60 days if not already certified, with paid training and support provided.
