CIS Site Coordinator - Pearland ISD

This position manages the daily operations of the communities in schools program at the assigned school site, ensuring services are provided to identified students by coordinating with school staff, parents, and community members. Responsibilities include interviewing families, assessing needs, counseling students, mobilizing resources, and maintaining accurate case files and reports.

A bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, education, or a related field is required, along with three to five years of experience working with at-Risk youth in education or social work settings. Candidates must possess strong analytical, communication, and computer skills, including proficiency in microsoft office and specific case management software.
