Substitute Teacher

The substitute teacher will maintain continuity in educational programs during regular teachers' absences by helping lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth. This role also involves ensuring the safety and well-Being of children at all times while monitoring their progress and creating a harmonious environment.

The most important qualification is a genuine love for working with children, and candidates from diverse fields like customer service or healthcare are encouraged to apply. A high school diploma or ged is required, while prior experience in early childhood education at a certified child development center is preferred.
