Assistant Coach Swimming

The assistant coach will support the head coach with all duties related to the women’s swimming program, including assisting in the evaluation of swimming skills and techniques. This role also involves assisting in the recruitment efforts for student athletes.

Candidates must have demonstrated successful swimming coaching experience at the collegiate level or equivalent, along with a bachelor's degree. Preferred qualifications include collegiate swimming experience, a commitment to academic success, knowledge of ncaa regulations, and proficiency in the ncaa recruiting test.
