Core responsibilities
This role provides high-Level administrative, analytical, and operational support shared between the cme department and the simulation center, serving as a key liaison and professional ambassador for both units. Responsibilities include managing accreditation compliance, coordinating vendor and grant interactions, drafting outreach materials, overseeing learner records, and handling financial and data support tasks.
Requirements summary
Minimum qualifications require a bachelor's degree plus one year of progressive administrative experience supporting management, or three years of general progressive administrative experience in lieu of the degree. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in microsoft office, basic data analysis skills from university databases, strong interpersonal communication, and excellent organizational abilities.
