Honors College Advising Specialist

The specialist provides sustained, individualized academic advising to a dedicated caseload of honors college students from enrollment through graduation, guiding them on course selection and degree planning while supporting vocational formation. This role also requires active contribution to the honors college's co-Curricular programming and student experience initiatives.

A bachelor's degree is required, with graduate work preferred, alongside a minimum of one year of professional academic advising experience in higher education. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, exercise professional judgment in ambiguous situations, and possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, coupled with a commitment to the university's christian mission.
