Job description

  • Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time ABA therapy opportunity in Virginia Beach, VA 23462. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and energetic RBT to support a client through a combination of in-home and clinic-based ABA services. Position Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
  • Collect and record session data accurately
  • Support development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
  • Maintain a safe, engaging, and professional therapy environment
  • Collaborate with supervisors regarding client progress and treatment implementation

Schedule Requirements

  • Monday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (In-Home)
  • Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (In-Home)
  • Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (In-Home)
  • Friday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (In-Clinic)

Consistent availability during the listed schedule is required.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Prior ABA or child-related experience required
  • Must be comfortable working in both home and clinic settings
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Strong communication and professionalism required
  • Must be dependable, patient, and team-oriented
  • Passion for working with children with autism and developmental needs
