Instructional Assistant, PreK-4 (NE) (2026-2027) - Monsignor Slade Catholic School, Glen Burnie MD

The instructional assistant will provide direct support to teachers and students, which includes responsibilities like grading assignments, preparing classroom materials, and offering one-On-One student support. Essential functions also involve ensuring student safety through active supervision at all times and assisting with instruction as directed by the teacher.

A minimum requirement is possessing a high school diploma or ged, with a willingness to complete required preservice training if necessary. Preferred qualifications include having completed 6 semester hours or 90 clock hours of approved preservice training or holding a child development associate (Cda) credential, alongside prior experience working with children in a school or child-Care setting.
