Student Contract (Resident Assistant)

The resident assistant (Ra) works under supervision to facilitate an environment within the residence hall community that promotes the educational experience of residential living. The ra must articulate residence life philosophy and policies to residents while representing student needs to the administration.

Applicants must be directed by the office of residence life to apply for the 2025-2026 academic year, be a professing christian, and have previous experience living in a residence hall. Candidates must also be full-Time sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate students maintaining at least a 3.0 gpa and adhering to regent’s core values.
