Coach, Outdoor Track, High School (EX) (Current Opportunity) - Our Lady of Mount Carmel, Essex MD

The coach is responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting all practice sessions, meets, and team activities for the outdoor track season, while teaching proper techniques for all track and field events. This role also involves fostering the spiritual, moral, and personal development of student-Athletes in alignment with catholic values.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in education, kinesiology, or a related field, along with prior experience coaching track and field, preferably at the high school level. Essential requirements include knowledge of track events, training principles, the ability to lead and inspire, excellent organizational skills, and commitment to catholic educational values.
