Intermediate Teacher (EX)(2026-2027)-Monsignor Slade Catholic School, Glen Burnie MD

• Monsignor Slade Catholic School, located in Glen Burnie, is seeking a full-time Intermediate Level Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year.
• This is a 10-month position that includes eligibility for benefits.

• Essential Functions
• Provides grade-appropriate instructional programs for students that adhere to the school's philosophy, goals, and objectives.
• Develops lesson plans with clear objectives in line with the Archdiocesan curriculum.
• Maintains an updated and accurate gradebook at all times.
• Observe and assess student progress, keep detailed records observing student behaviors and academics, and share with parents.
• Communicate in a clear, professional, and timely manner with parents and colleagues (including grade-level partner collaboration)
• Support the mission of the school and the Catholic church within instructional practices.

• Position Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree required (preferably in Elementary education, or related field)
• Current MSDE certification or ability to achieve required certification within two years of start date.
• Experience in student teaching or classroom teaching at the elementary, middle, or high school level.
• Familiarity with a variety of technology tools to enrich and differentiate instruction.
• Familiarity with the Catholic Church and a willingness to support and uphold a Catholic school environment that recognizes the dignity of every human being.

$48,000 - $70,000, Annualized
