Special Education Case Manager - Minnesota Connections Academy

The special education case manager will manage a caseload of students with special needs, participating in all steps of the iep process, developing, writing, and implementing ieps, and ensuring 100% compliance with idea documentation. Responsibilities also include regular communication with parents, consulting with teachers on instruction implementation, and maintaining accurate data in special education software.

Candidates must possess a degree in special education or a related field along with a valid minnesota special education certification. Required experience includes knowledge of idea policy and/Or special education administration, strong technology skills, and excellent oral and written communication abilities.
