Core responsibilities
The bcba will assist families experiencing significant behavioral or mental health crises by providing clinical intervention, including safety planning, utilizing an intensive parent training model. Responsibilities also include coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, conducting home visits for coaching, and supervising direct care staff.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a master's degree in a related field and hold an active michigan bcba license for at least four years, with significant experience conducting fbas and developing bips for high-Intensity needs. Required experience includes working with children with asd in multidisciplinary settings and supporting co-Occurring diagnoses like odd or adhd.
