Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma/Ged along with two years of related experience and training, plus a credential or certification in a relevant field like social work or human services, or be able to obtain one within 18 months of hire. The position also requires completing 45 dcf training hours within the first year and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform various physical tasks associated with childcare environments.
